How much does it cost after the free tier?
It’s a flat ₹20 per user per month. No hidden charges, though GST may apply.
Do you offer refunds or trials?
We don’t lock you in. You can cancel anytime and only pay for the current billing cycle.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted securely on AWS Mumbai region with encryption in transit and at rest.
Does ShootTask support SSO or MFA?
Yes. Authentication and authorization are powered by Keycloak. MFA is supported out-of-the-box, and SSO is enterprise-ready.
Can I migrate from another tool?
Yes, you can import tasks via CSV. More integrations (GitHub, Slack, Jira import) are on our roadmap.
